Alisha Greenlaw, M.S., Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Empath, and Advocate

(she/her), CSTIP - certified

Alisha is a dedicated and compassionate counselor specializing in providing individual therapy to both teens and adults. With a focus on supporting the LGBTQ+ community, processing religious trauma, and providing resources to those navigating the challenges of anxiety, she offers a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She’s also happy to provide WPATH letters of support.

 

She has a deep passion for helping others and a belief that everyone deserves access to mental health support. With a warm and empathetic approach, Alisha works with all ages, tailoring her therapeutic techniques to suit each individual's unique needs. Her goal is to empower you, foster self-discovery, and assist you in building the skills needed to navigate life's challenges.

 

Alisha offers individual therapy sessions designed to address a wide range of concerns, including issues related to identity, relationships, self-esteem, and more. She understands the importance of a personalized approach to therapy and strives to create a comfortable environment where you can express yourself openly and honestly.

 

 

Alina Griffith, M.S., Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Psychoeducator, and Compassionate Motivator

Creating a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients, Alina draws from a wide range of therapeutic modalities, tailoring her approach to your specific needs. Her emphasis on creating a trusting and safe space allows the opportunity to build rapport and foster a strong therapeutic relationship. Alina’s commitment to compassion, empathy, and non-judgment creates an environment where you can truly process your challenges and experience personal growth.

 

Alina utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and SandTray Therapy, allowing her to offer a well-rounded approach for your unique needs and preferences. SandTray Therapy also provides a creative and non-verbal way for you to express yourself and explore emotions and experiences. 

 

Alina’s diverse background includes working with young children, adolescents, teens, and adults. Her scope of experience includes working with various challenges including anxiety, trauma, depression, and emotional disturbances, as well as individuals diagnosed with Autism. 

 

In addition to our office space located in Fort Walton, we have the convenient option of virtual platforms for therapy sessions. We are happy to offer telehealth for your convenience, allowing for you to continue your mental health journey if transportation or other barriers come up to meeting in person.
